Assign and Manage Task Owner

Typically the agent who creates the task will assign the owner for it during its creation. However you may manually re-assign tasks to yourself or other agents. Tasks can also be automatically assigned to you and other agents via help desk automations like Workflows and Macros. 

To manually re-assign tasks:
  1. Click the [Module] Tab from the top bar.( For e.g. Dashboard, Tasks, etc.)
  2. Select Tasks from the modules menu.
  3. In the Task Details page, click the Task Owner field. 
  4. Select an agent from the agents drop-down list.

The task will be assigned to the specified agent.
