Can I add a new field in forms like Accounts, Requests, Contacts?
Yes, you can add a new field in the forms of all modules (Requests, Solutions, Contacts, Contracts, Accounts, Products and Tasks).
- To add new fields, Goto Setup > Customization > Fields
- In the fields page, select a module to which you intend to add a new field and click New Custom Field.
- In the following page, select the field type, name of the field and the length of the new field.
- Click Save.
