Yes, you can provide permission for portal users to view the requests submitted from their organization. To enable permission,
- Go to>Setup>Customer Portal>Access Settings
- In the "Access Permission for Organization Requests" section, check "Allow Contacts to View all Requests from their Organization"
- Your setting will be saved automatically
