Collaborating Using Feeds

Feeds in Zoho Desk is a feature that helps you find a collection of status messages, mentions, comments, direct messages, changes made to the tickets you own, closing tickets, assigning tasks, and so on.

Adding Feed

To create a feed:
  1. Click the (+) plus icon at the upper-right corner of the screen. 
  2. In the Add Status form that is displayed, enter your post. 
  3. Then, click the Post button.


Changing Department

You can change the department to which you want to post a feed by clicking the Change button in the Departmentsection, as shown in the image below.

Adding Comments

To add a comment to an existing post, click Add Comment, as shown in the image below.

In the Add Comment page, enter your comment, and then click Post.

          

Viewing Comments

The number of comments to a feed is displayed at the bottom of a feed in number format. Click the number to view all comments.
