Downgrading your Zoho Desk Subscription
We want Zoho Desk to be your go-to choice for help desk needs to help you win your customer's love and loyalty.
If for any reason you need to downgrade your subscription to a plan of lower value you can do so at any time. Please keep in mind that Zoho Desk will not delete any of your data when your subscription is downgraded. All that should happen is that some of your features will cease to work and automatically hidden as you downgrade.
Downgrading your Zoho Desk plan is fast, simple, and you can do it as many times as you wish to. You can downgrade from:
- Enterprise to Professional
- Enterprise to Free or
- Professional to Free
Note:
- Only the primary contact (or the Super Admin) can manage subscriptions in your help desk.
- When you downgrade halfway through the plan’s billing cycle, you're not automatically entitled to the value of the unused portion of the previous plan. However, you can request a prorated refund at payments@zohocorp.com.
To downgrade your Zoho Desk plan:
- Click your Account Photo in the top-right corner of the help desk.
- Click Subscription at the bottom of the profile window.
The Zoho Store page opens in a new tab. - In the Zoho Store page, hover your mouse pointer over your current plan and click Upgrade / Downgrade plan.
You can see the details of the other plans that you can downgrade. - Click Downgrade on the plan you want to subscribe.

- Click Confirm.
You may click Share Feedback, to share the reason for downgrading from your previous plan.
Your Zoho Desk account will be downgraded depending upon the plan opted by you.
