How can I add a Widget in the Customer Homepage?

​To add a widget in the Customer Home page, follow the steps given below:

  1. Log into Zoho Support.

  2. Click Setup > Customer Portal Settings >Customer Home Page.

  3. Click Add More Widget under Main Content Area.        ---- Change the Screen Shot of the Add Widget window----

  4. In the Add Widget page, do the following: 

  • Enter the Widget Name. 
  • Type the Description. 
  • Enter the URL.

  • Visible at Home option would be pre-checked by default to show the widget in the customer portal.
    You can choose to show the widget to all users accessing the customer portal or only to those who have logged in.

  1. Click Preview to see the change and click Save.
