Notification Center - Everything you need to know!
The Notification Center is an aggregated and summarized view of activity feeds pertaining to your Tickets, Tasks, Contacts and Accounts that keeps you updated as things happen. You can collaborate within your team by way of comments in the Notification Center. While you comment, tag your colleagues in them using @Mentions to ask for their opinions.
Here are the most common actions that can be monitored under your Notification Center:
- Activities that are linked to Tickets, Contacts and Accounts that are followed by you.
- Activities related to the tickets or the tasks that are owned by you.
- Comments left by fellow users in a ticket, task, contact or an account that mentions you.
Typically, activity feeds under the Notification Center will contain activities that are related to or involves you. Please note that you cannot modify or sort the activities listed in your Notification Center. Also, the stories listed will include all the activities at the portal level.
