Scheduling Zoho Desk Reports
You can automatically send reports to your colleagues, executive management, and non-Zoho Desk users by scheduling the desired reports daily, weekly, monthly or yearly. Once the Report scheduler is configured, specified reports will be delivered to the recipients as an email attachment (XLS format).
Note:
- Users with Profile permission for managing Reports and Dashboards can access this feature.
- Scheduled reports are available only in the Enterprise editions of Zoho Desk.
- You can create any number of scheduled reports. However, there can only be 50 active schedules at a given time.
- You can switch to the 'All Departments' view to schedule, Global reports.
To set up report scheduler:
- Click the Reports module.
- In the Reports Overview page, click the Reports tab from the left panel.
- In the Reports Home page, click Reports Scheduler.
- In the Scheduled Reports page, existing schedulers, if any, are displayed.
- Click Add Report Schedule.
- In the New Report Schedule page, specify the values (Refer to the table below).
- Click Save.

Repeat | Specify the frequency of the report scheduler from the drop-down list. You can select one of the options: daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly. | Drop-down list |
Format | Specify the format for the report, such as Excel, PDF, or CSV. | Checkbox |
Recipient Details | Specify the source type and select the recipients from the list. | List |
