Viewing Zoho CRM Information in Support Tickets
Zoho CRM Integration with Zoho Desk provides you more context into the customer information and close the loop between your support team and sales. With this integration, agents can view the Zoho CRM information about a support Contact or an Account alongside a ticket in Zoho Desk. This will help them: know the subscription type of a contact, view open opportunities of an account or read the notes left by the contact owner.
To view Zoho CRM information in a ticket:
- Open a ticket in its Detail View.
- In the Ticket Details page, click View CRM info from the left panel.
You can view the contact's information as available in Zoho CRM. You can further click the Account Name(if existing), to view the account information. When you are done, click Back to Properties to view the ticket properties. You can also view the information directly in Zoho CRM provided you have access to your organization's Zoho CRM account.
