Printing Customer Support Tickets

Printing Customer Support Tickets

You can print a printer-friendly version of your customer support tickets in Zoho Desk. The print-out will contain the basic ticket properties besides the email conversations and comments that has happened over the ticket. This will come handy when you have got field staff who will require a physical ticket for reference and other purposes.

To print a ticket:
  1. Open a ticket in its Detail View.
  2. Click the  icon in the upper-right of the ticket header.
  3. Click Print from the drop menu to open a printer-friendly version of the ticket.
  4. Click Print again.
You can print each of your tickets at a time.
