View the Original Email of a Ticket in Zoho Desk
Typically the email content that is sent by your customers will be formatted and displayed in a style that is followed across Zoho Desk. For example, the email body text will be displayed using the font called Proxima Nova. This kind of formatting is essential to make the content visually appealing and uniform.
However, you can choose to view the original email of an individual inbound thread on a ticket.
To view the original content:
- Open a ticket to view its details.
- Hover the mouse pointer and click the More Actions icon (
) on an email conversation. - Click Show Original from the drop menu.
The Original View will display the HTML version of the email in a new window. Ideally, you must click Show Orginalfor the most recent thread so that it will include the previous conversations in block quotes.
