How can I generate web-to-request form for my website to capture customer requests?

To generate web-to-request form in Zoho Support, follow the steps mentioned below: 

  1. Goto Setup>Templates & Forms>Web-to-Request form
  2. Click Create New Form and provide the details requested
  3. Generate the HTML code for the web form and embed the same in your website. 
  4. Click Save to retain your settings.
